At our monthly Green Nosh gatherings, we are all treated to some fabulous, healthy and delicious plant based foods. Here's another treat!

  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 3 T tahini
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked or canned Great Northern Beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup pimiento pieces
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion granules
  • pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Finished product should be thick and creamy. Makes 2 cups.

This recipe will keep in frig for one week. 

To make a Cheez Sauce, combine 2 cups of the above Gee Whiz sauce with 1 cup non-dairy milk. 

YOU SEE, YOU CAN HAVE YOUR CHEESE AND EAT IT, TOO!
