This dip is quick and easy to prepare. The black beans give a healthy dose of protein and fiber, and the salsa provides that strong antioxidant, lycopene.

 1 1/2 cps black beans, rinsed and drained
1 tsp cumin
1 cp baby spinach
3/4 cp salsa


Add all ingredients to food processor, and blend until smooth. Serve with your favorite baked tortilla chips.
