Easy, Healthy, and Delicious! Prepare the night before and a hearty, fiber packed porridge awaits you in the morning.

Ingredients:

4 cups water
1 cup oats
1/2 tsp salt


Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. You can substitute non-dairy milk for all or part of the water. Also, think of adding some chopped apples with the ingredients.

When ready to eat, mix the porridge with some raisins, organic blueberries, maybe a banana, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and you have a wonderfully, nutritious and fiber-filled breakfast. A great start to the day.
