When Kim served this dish at our final class pot luck, everyone initially thought they were eating pasta noodles. Cut with a spirilizer, the zucchini looks and almost tastes like spaghetti. This dish is so tasty and refreshing. Kim wrote the ingredients as I've listed below. My suggestion is experiment with the amount of seasonings and herbs, and you'll find what taste is to your liking.

 

Zucchini noodles (made with a spiralizer) (Check Amazon.com for deals and reviews on spiralizers.)

Chopped garlic, fresh basil, sundried and fresh tomatoes

Sprinkle the above with a pinch of sea salt, tamari, a dash of oregano, and other Italian herbs.
