This is another favorite salad dressing. Guests always comment on its light, refreshing taste. And it's oil-free.


1/4 cp seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cp fresh orange juice
2 T water
1 T toasted, ground sesame seeds


Toast the sesame seeds in dry, heated skilled till seeds begin to pop. Remove from heat and let cool.  When cool, grind seeds in a grinder. Store in covered container in refrigerator. I always make a big batch to have on hand.

Whisk all salad ingredients and pour over your favorite greens. This dressing goes well over greens colored with diced fresh oranges and sliced red onion.
