Thanks to one of our Food for Life participants, Sue, for this easy to prepare dipping sauce.


1 can (about 14-15 oz) fire roasted tomatoes (or regular tomato sauce)
3/4 tsp dried basil
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T sugar (or less)
1/4 tsp salt
dash of white pepper
Blend all ingredients. Warm to serve.
