This sauce is great with Quinoa Bites.


Makes 1 1/2 cups.

1 pkg (12.3 oz) tofu, drained in strainer
1 1/2 T fresh lemon juice
1 tsp granulated sugar or tsp agave nectar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/8 tsp ground white pepper


Combine tofu, lemon juice, sugar, salt, mustard, and pepper in food processor. Process till very smooth.

You can add other ingredients to spice up the dip: horseradish mustard, hot sauce, nutritional yeast, spicy mustard.
