- 1 1/2 cups almond or soy milk
- 1/2 cup almonds, blanched
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsps sea salt
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 T mixed herbs
- 1 T Agar agar powder
- 2 T tapioca starch
- 1/2 cup boiled hot water
- 1 T paprika
- 1 T mixed Italian herbs
Add all ingredients into high speed blender and blend till smooth.
Pour mixture into a medium size saucepan and gradually bring to a boil before reducing heat to simmer.
After 5-10 minutes the mixture will thicken and become creamy. Quickly pour mixture into cheese molds or plastic container.
Let set in frig for 30 minutes.
Remove from the molds and roll in the coating.
