This delicious appetizer, loaded with wrinkle-fighting Vitamin C, and Omega 3's, was a pot luck treat shared by one of our April 2013 Food for Life participants in Naples, Florida. Thanks, Jean for a tasty treat!


This is so easy.......

Puree in a blender or food processor:

1 (10 oz) jar of roasted red peppers, packed in water, well drained
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 tsp cumin
1 T balsamic vinegar
Serve the dip with whole wheat pita bread and raw vegetables.
