This recipe comes from Vivian, one of our Food for Life Instructors in Texas. She also presents our Food for Life program in India!

1/4 cup rich, dark chocolate cocoa powder
1/2 cp sugar or 1/4 cp agave nectar
1/3 cp hot water
3 cps non-dairy milk (soy, almond or rice)

In small saucepan, heat the water. Gently add the cocoa and sugar or agave, and blend. Slowly stir in the non-dairy milk. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 3 minutes. To make it frothy, beat with a mixer for a few minutes.

You can top with vegan whip cream, cinnamon, any toppings you like - vegan whip cream available at whole food stores. Enjoy!
