A Vitamin C boost! We need this sometimes after being around sick grandchildren.

2 oranges (of course, peeled)
1 banana
1/2 pear
1 cup either rice or soy milk
1 T ground flax meal
7 ice cubes

Process all in blender. And for kids or grandkids in your life, you can easily make great ice pops with this smoothie. The kids will love the taste, and they'll be getting some nutrition, too. Enjoy.
