Scoop Up the Veggies
- 1 scoop turmeric
- 1 cup tomato based veggie juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- juice from half a lemon
- splash of Worcestershire sauce
- BLEND, SERVE OVER ICE
Cinnamon Spice
- 1 scoop turmeric
- 1 frozen bananas
- 1 cup vanilla non-dairy yogurt
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 T honey
- BLEND
Summer Soother
- 1 scoop turmeric
- 5 cups filtered water
- 2 limes cut into slices
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 2 T honey
- Boil water, add all ingredients and chill in frig overnight
Immunity on Ice
- 1 scoop turmeric
- 8 cups unsweetened tea or lemonade
- 1 T ginger
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 T honey
- juice from 1 lemon
- Pour warmed ingredients over ice and serve.
Bedtime Brew
