• 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 4 bananas
  • a good handful of organic spinach
  • 1/4/ cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 T hemp seeds
  • 2 cups non dairy milk (or more to thin)

Blend well in high powered blender!
