• 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup frozen banana chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 T apple juice concentrate
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in high speed blender. 

Leftovers can be stored for up to a day or frozen for up to a week. Blend again before serving.

Note:  To make this smoothie more of a breakfast meal, add 1/4 tsp rolled oats, 2 T ground flax seeds, and some plant based protein powder.
