This combination is great for a dessert like smoothie or make it thicker as a 'faux ice cream' dessert. I shared this recipe at a health fair and folks lapped it up. Kids love it. Add some greens for the little ones; they won't know it's there!!


1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen dark cherries
1 cup chocolate almond milk


Blend well in high speed blender. Can be made thinner or thicker depending on how much milk and berries you use. This is a yummy dessert. Top it with grated dark chocolate and some fresh raspberries on the side.
