What would you care for.....a smoothie or some yummy tasting non-dairy ice cream? This can be either, and berry-licious!
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cp or more frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cp or more frozen strawberries
- 2 tsps ground flaxmeal or chia seeds (No need to grind chia seeds before using.)
- 1/4 cp fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cp non-dairy milk
Blend all ingredients well. Add more non-dairy milk to give it a smoothie consistency. Keep the liquid low and you have ice cream. Walla!!
