What would you care for.....a smoothie or some yummy tasting non-dairy ice cream? This can be either, and berry-licious!

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cp or more frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cp or more frozen strawberries
  • 2 tsps ground flaxmeal or chia seeds (No need to grind chia seeds before using.)
  • 1/4 cp fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cp non-dairy milk

Blend all ingredients well. Add more non-dairy milk to give it a smoothie consistency. Keep the liquid low and you have ice cream. Walla!!
