• 3 whole wheat pocket breads
  • butter flavored cooking spray
  • 3-4 tsps dried Italian seasoning or other desired herbs

Open breads and separate each into 2 halves; cut each half into 8 wedges, soft sides up, in a single layer on a jelly roll pan.

Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with dried Italian seasoning. Bake at 425 until browned and crisp, 5 - 10 minutes.
