A healthy blueberry topping over any dessert, ice cream or your morning French toast and pancakes.

1 1/2 cps frozen or fresh blueberries
1 tsp fresh orange juice
1 tsp orznge zest
1 tsp maple syrup or agave nectar
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Put all ingredients in small saucepan and bring to a boil, then simmer until thick.
