This is a basic cream cheese frosting. Easy to prepare.
- 8 oz non-dairy cream cheese
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
Sift the sugar. Then combine the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar in bowl and use a hand mixer till well blended.
This recipe is enough for one layer 9 inch cake. You can double recipe for two layer cake.
NOTE: It's fun to go through your old (SAD) cookbooks and veganize the recipes as with this one!!
