Most Chia Puddings need to be refrigerated overnight to thicken. This recipe is ready in 30 minutes.

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 1/4 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Place chia seeds and cocoa powder in bowl. Whisk well.

Pour in the coconut milk and maple syrup and whisk till well blended.

Place in frig for 30 minutes.

After 15 minutes take out and stir. Return to frig for another 15 minutes.

Can serve with added chocolate pieces, raspberries or blueberries. Or splurge with some vegan whipped cream!
