These ingredients create a satisfying fudge like brownie. The recipe calls for tahini but you can substitute any other nut butter - almond butter, peanut butter, cashew butter. With peanut butter you have the taste of a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup!
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1/4 cup favorite non-dairy milk
- 3 T cacao powder
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325.
Place ingredients through cacao powder in food processor and blend well. Once well mixed, add the chocolate chips.
Spoon batter in greased or parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes. Check for doneness. Might have to bake another 10 minutes, based on oven heating temp.
