When you're craving that after dinner treat, this easy, healthy recipe will fill the bill.

Note:  When my bananas become 'very' ripened, I peel some, cut in thirds, and place in freezer bag for use in smoothie recipes and for making Banana Ice Cream.

Depending on how many you're serving, take a few of the frozen bananas, place in food processor, add a handful of walnuts (optional), and about 1/4 - 1/2 cup non-dairy milk. I also add a tsp of vanilla. I like to use almond milk in this recipe. Blend well. Stir with spatula to make sure bananas are well blended. Top with some cinnamon and/or non-dairy chocolate chips. My grandkids love this treat. Enjoy!
