• 4 frozen bananas (When bananas become very ripe and you no longer want to add to oatmeal or cereal, cut bananas in a few pieces, put in baggie and freeze.)
  • 1 can of pure organic pumpkin puree
  • 4 dates (Deglet or Medjool) or 1 T maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsps pumpkin spice mix
  • 2 T unsweetened almond milk or soy milk

Using high speed blender, mix ingredients till nice cream consistency, like soft serve.  You might want to add a T or more of almond or soy milk, depending on how creamy you like it.

You can either enjoy right away or put the mixture in a loaf pan and freeze for about 2 hours. Can also add chocolate chips for the kiddos or even the adults in the family!!
