This is a PCRM recipe, a bit different from their regular rice pudding. This cooks quickly!

  • 1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla soy milk
  • 1 tsp cornstarch or arrowroot (for thickening)
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice (Can use Success Brown Rice in a bag)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

After the rice has cooked, drain, and add all the above ingredients. Stir well. Heat till thick and warm. Enjoy with some berries and cinnamon on the top!
