If you're looking for a quick, easy, healthy, and tasty dinner - "a 10 minute put-together" - this is for you. Thanks to Alvan, my Co-Coordinator and enthusiastic Green Nosher for sharing this delicious entree. This is especially nice for folks who are transitioning to a plant based lifestyle!

1 can Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans (fat-free)
1 can GLORY (lower sodium) collard greens
4-6 Lite Life Smart dogs (soy)
1 large sweet potato -pre cooked, then sliced (to save time, buy a can or organic, cooked sweet potatoes)

Put all ingredients in medium size casserole dish and bake till heated through.

Sprinkle ground flax seed on top just before serving.
