This dressing is light and tasty.
- 3 T fresh orange juice
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T tahini
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 2 T pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ginger, roughly chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Puree all ingredients in processor until smooth. Taste for sweetness. Makes about 1/2 cup.
