- 1/2 avocado
- 3 T lime juice
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 T olive oil (optional or use only 1/2 T)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
- Add handful of cashews
Combine all ingredients in high speed blender. Adjust seasonings and keep in frig.
