This recipe courtesy from one of my fellow Food for Life instructors:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup raw tahini or 1 cup unhulled sesame seeds, soaked for 2 hours and drained.
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2 small dates
  • 1 T nutritional yeast
  • 1 T coconut aminos

Blend all well. Keeps in frig for up to a week. Enjoy!
