This recipe courtesy from one of my fellow Food for Life instructors:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup raw tahini or 1 cup unhulled sesame seeds, soaked for 2 hours and drained.
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 large garlic clove
- 2 small dates
- 1 T nutritional yeast
- 1 T coconut aminos
Blend all well. Keeps in frig for up to a week. Enjoy!
