Easy to make. Keeps for 5 days in refrigerator.

1 (12 oz) package firm or extra-firm, low-fat silken tofu
1/2 - 3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsps Dijon mustard
1 T apple cider vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth. Chill thoroughly before using.
