Soy curls are a great meat substitute. Low fat/high protein! Can be used in soups, stews, tacos, fajitas, wraps, etc. Check out Butler website for recipes.

In large skillet, saute onions and peppers in water or 1 T oil, until tender. Do not overcook.

Drain the soy curls. Heat the skillet and in small bowl mix the Fajita seasoning with 1/4 cup water, and mix well. Pour over the curls and heat the curls. Then add the veggies to the curls. Saute for 1-2 minutes.

Sometimes I add sauteed mushrooms to the veggies.

Serve warm in your favorite tortilla. Can top with salsa and gaucamole!
