There are many wonderful books that both educate and present delicious, nutritious and healthy whole foods, plant based recipes. This list is part of my current collection which is always a 'collection in progress'.
Folks always ask for recommendations....."Where should I begin?" "Which book has the easiest recipes?" My suggestion is to park yourself in the bookstore for a good 2 hours. Grab a cup of tea and peruse some plant based cookbooks. If you feel a cold sweat coming on over new and foreign sounding ingredients, my recommendation is, "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway". Purchase one or two books to start. Amazon is a great site to buy used books very inexpensively. Then try some new recipes. Make comments....what you liked, what you added. You'll feel proud about your accomplishment; you'll be in awe of how great the food tastes, and your cells will be smiling!
