This tasty Popcorn Treat was prepared by a Food for Life class participant at our last class pot luck. Soooo good; a big hit with everyone.

1 + tsp date sugar
1 + tsp green tea salt
1 + tsp wasabi powder
1/2 tsp (or less) cayenne pepper
1/2 cup air popped organic popcorn
2 T melted non-dairy butter (like Earth Balance)

Mix the date sugar, green tea salt, wasabi powder, and cayenne pepper in small bowl.
Pop the popcorn.
Drizzle Earth Balance over popcorn.
Sprinkle with seasonings, stir and enjoy.

You can add/delete seasonings to your liking.
