  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup sweet potato
  • 1 whole roasted red papper
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 T smoked paprika
  • 2 1/2 tsps Celtic sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Agar Agar thickener

  • 1.3 cups water
  • 2 1/2 T agar agar powder

Good to use high speed blender.

Add all cheese ingredients to blender in order so that there is water at the bottom and top of the ingredient pile. This helps mixture to mix well.

Blend till you have smooth cheesy mix. Taste to add any extra spices.

Set aside.

In medium pan add both the water and agar agar powder.

Bring mix to the boil while constantly stirring, then turn down the heat to low and keep stirring until the mixture has a thick molasses consistency.

Once Agar mix is ready, quickly add to cheese mix in blender and blend for about 30 seconds to mix well.

Pour mixture into a plastic container. Allow to chill and then remove when completely chilled.
