Healthy, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant packed and delicious!

  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup frozen blackberrries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 T ground flaxseed
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or other favorite non-dairy milk)
  • 1 1/2 cups greens (kale, spinach, or other greens)

Put the above in high speed blender, mix, and enjoy!!
