This refreshing smoothie is not only immune boosting, but contains a super anti-inflammatory spice - turmeric. Enjoy!

  • 1 inch piece of ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt ( I used plain vanilla soy yogurt)
  • splash of your favorite non-dairy milk

Blend all well. Enjoy!
