As one visiting carnivore admitted, "This is better than a burger." You bet, and so much better for you.

 4 large Portobello mushrooms
5-7 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
4-5 T balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup vegannaise mayo
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced

Clean mushroom gills. Make about 6 slits in inside of mushroom. (Be careful not to cut all the way through.)

Place a sliced garlic clove in each slit. Fill the center of each mushroom with about 1 T of balsamic vinegar.

Dressing: Mix the vegannaise, basil and garlic, and set aside.

Grill the mushrooms till done. Place mushroom on bun of your choosing (make it healthy), and top with a slice of rip, red tomato, and the dressing. This is so delicious and mouth watering.
