I treasure oil free salad dressings. There are quite a few on this site and each is delicious and healthy. I do have a favorite. Won't tell!!!

  • 1 T crushed garlic
  • 2 T fresh ground ginger
  • 2 T brown rice vinegar
  • 2 T tamari
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate

Combine garlic and vinegar for 10 minutes, then add remaining ingredients. Walla, how easy is this?!
