This is pretty much fat free and so very tasty and refreshing.
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries (if frozen, thaw and drain)
- 1-2 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 T chopped fresh herbs (use what you enjoy: rosemary, thyme, basil)
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- 1-2 tsps maple syrup
- salt and ground pepper to taste ( I don't use salt!)
Pure the raspberries, add other ingredients and mix well. This Dressing goes great over Spinach Salad!!
