• 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3-4 T water
  • 2 T tamari
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 T mnced  parsley

Par boil cauliflower for 5 minutes.

In saute pan on medium high heat, brown the cauliflower (keep turning to prevent burning!), add the water, tamari, and minced garlic. Make sure florets are well coated and heated.

Garnish with parsley and serve.
